These are extremely sharp knives. They are very light too. I liked them so much I purchased a set for both my son and daughter. You can’t go wrong ordering these knives.

So far I have used 3 of these knives multiple times. They seem good quality and sharp. I enjoy the blade guards.

Ok for price but fall apart in your hands

I used this set occasionally since 2021They came sharp but don't really hold an edge. Luckily I'm good at sharpening and maintaining the edgeWhile cutting bread the blade separated from the handle, luckily I did not get cut, close though.Manufacturer contacted as warranty not made clear at purchase or on their site.The way the blade is attached to handle has significant room for improvement.No major with other knives in the set but I have lost confidence .

Literally snapped in half

These blades worked well for years for us as we don’t cook often. However today while chopping sweet potatoes the knife literally snapped in half at the handle and the blade went flying over my husband’s shoulder. Luckily no one was hurt. The blade doesn’t extend through the whole handle, just a short hook inside the plastic part. Very unsafe for the metal to not extend the full length of the handle.
