I've been considering purchasing a set of sharp knives that hold their edge (sharpness) for more than several uses. So far, easy to handle and cuts through foods nicely. I do like the sheaths for the knives. That way I won't be cutting my fingers/hands when I reach for a knife. Time will tell.

These knives aren't the most expensive knives, but they work great. And the fact that each knife comes with its own sheath is really wonderful because not only does it protect others when getting it out of the drawer, but it helps protect the blades sharpness.
