Be careful, these bad boys are SUPER DUPER sharp. I was cutting and put my finger (while holding the knife) on the top of the knife (not the sharp part the dull side) and it still sliced my finger. I was concerned for my food yet amazed because it was so sharp that when the top part sliced my finger I didn't even notice until I put sanitizer on my hands.

For the price, these knives are a great value. They are very sharp and easy to touch up with a steel. The grips are not to be confused with higher grade knives, but for the price they do cut and slice well.
