The problem is they get watermarks very easy and you have to spend extra time to clean them if they are on any display.

So I have only used these a little bit but wow they came very sharp out of the package. If they keep up this edge and hold for a long time I might but a few more pairs

Excellent too;s for the price. Haven't had long enough to comment on holding edge after many uses. So far so good.

I love how sharp these knives are and the sleek look is a nice plus. The only disappointing thing I have experiences this the few rust spots on the blades. I have started drying them more thoroughly after washing to keep the rust from getting worse. That seems to be working, for now.

Very good knives

They are not the sharpest knives, but they're still pretty good. They do look very nice too! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pair of knives that don't necessarily need to be high-end professional ones.
