These are not the sharpest of knives.... but overall they are a very good quality for the price. I love how each knife has it's own safety cover.

Arrived on time. Nice set for the buck. Easy to clean & sharp. Only used twice but for the money they're good.

Very nice knives. Our main issue with them is that the sharpness of the blade stops in a weird spot. It stops well above the regular area for a knife. And makes it difficult to cut certain items. Example, cheese. The holders for the knives are weird at first but nice to have when you dont have a block for the knives. Other than that, they are very good knives for the price.

I tested this knife set on 4 things: Slicing daikon, fabricating beef, peeling a lemon, slicing a baguette bread.Cutting capabilities on: a. Daikon b. Beef c. Lemon d. Bread1star - 5starsChef knife: a5 b3 c5 d5Slicer: a5 b4 c5 d5Santoku: a5 b3 c5 d5Petty: a5 b5 c5 d3Pairing: b5 c1Bread: b1 d1Conclusion: Worth every penny based on cutting capabilities, ease of use and ease in cleaning except the 2 knives bread and pairing which was a struggle to cut with. But overall this is a decent set for a home cook with such an incredible price.

We have been using these for about a week so far. Came very sharp and ready to use. They're very lightweight, but the plastic handle isn't the most comfortable to use. That being said, they're a great buy for the price! Will update on the durability as we use them more.
