We use these as travel knives, take them with us on trips, they seem to be sharp and look to be fine for our purposes. Not sure how well they would hold up as everyday knives. But for the price they look and feel great.

These are fine for occasional use, but are not as sharp as I would have liked, plus the blue finish began coming off after one washing. Still, they are fine to keep at my mom's house for when I cook for her.

I recently purchased this knife set to update from an old set and am very happy I did so. Quality seems good so far, cleans nicely, and chops much better than I remember my old set ever doing.
