I love my set of Cuisinart C55 knives. One of the best kitchen utensil purchases I have made. I hand wash, not dishwasher, per manufacturer recommendation.

I've never purchased anything other than small electronics from Cuisinart, but these are the best knives I have ever had. They are extremely sharp (the sheaths are a great addition). I stopped using all my other knives.
