My wife is a chef in a 5 star restaurant. She says the knives are equal to any high caliber knife in the kitchen. They hold an edge and clean up on a steel with ease. She's very satisfied with her Xmas gift

Best Knives Ever for At-Home Cooking

Compared to my Henckel’s set which was about 6 times this price, this set BLOWS that set out of the park. My wife and I cook A LOT at home, especially for the holidays and these knives are not only more comfortable to cook with, but have better weight and stay sharp for longer. I’d recommend these knives to anyone that cooks regularly.My review is only not verified because these were gifted to me.

I read a few reviews where people said that theirs had rusted after use. So I waited 3 months to post a review. I take decent but not great care of these knives and I haven’t seen any issues of rust yet. I was them in the dishwasher and I’ve even let them sit in the sink overnight in water, but still no rust. I wanted to add pictures so you can see they haven’t really changed since the day I got them. Oh and they are still super sharp 3 months in. For the price I couldn’t ask for anything better really.
