Purchase was November 2022. You do get the entire set. The knives do look nice. The handles are some sort of plastic material. The greatest disappointment is that these knives are not that sharp. They definitely lead you to believe they are very sharp and they are not. I have purchased other better knives from Amazon. If you were thinking you're buying a nice, quality set for someone as a gift do not buy these!! You/they will be disappointed. These are perfectly fine to have if you are just starting out. Or if you are someone who doesn't cook often. Do not buy this for someone who cooks a lot they are not sharp enough
