They are sharp but….

Extremely sharp. Great at chopping. I find the handles are a bit narrow making them hard to hold while cutting. Time will tell if they keep their sharpness. I’ve ordered a sharpener that I wish they has come with.

I am impressed these knives are sturdy and durable! They are very sharp and do the job! Highly recommend if you want a great knife set for a great price! 10 out of 10!!!!
