These are wonderful knives.Weighted properly for comfort and ease of handling. The blade is super sharp and has been a great asset for our kitchen. Would definitely recommend this and will be buying additional for gifts.

This knife set is a gift for Christmas so the only thing I can say is they are beautiful. They seem to be sharp, they feel comfortable to hold. The case they can in is also very beautiful. Hopefully they work as well as they look.
